Abstract
Robotics in healthcare represents a transformative frontier, enabling enhanced precision, efficiency, and patient outcomes across diagnostics, surgery, rehabilitation, and elder care. This paper reviews key innovations such as surgical robots, telepresence systems, and robotic prosthetics, alongside emerging trends in AI-driven automation and robotic-assisted therapy. Challenges including technical limitations, high costs, ethical concerns, and integration barriers are critically analyzed. The study further explores the potential for robotics adoption within Pakistan’s healthcare ecosystem, emphasizing collaborative strategies to overcome infrastructural and socio-economic obstacles
